With expertise in scenario planning, risk management, and strategic development, Tracy has worked with organizations of all sizes to turn challenges into opportunities.

Tracy Morgan’s Background Highlights:
• Tracy is the Managing Partner of North Star Strategies. She has facilitated strategic plan development for over a hundred clients, including YWCA Delaware, the Delaware Children’s Museum, and the Wilmington Drama League.
• As an employee at DuPont, she created a Scenario Planning and Decision & Risk Analysis process and facilitated business groups through it at multi-day retreats.
• Tracy’s first book, “How to Conduct an Effective Strategic Planning Process with Minimal Effort,” became a #1 Amazon Kindle bestseller in 2013. Her second book is on change management.
• She has an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a leader in the HBS Philly Social Enterprise Initiative for nonprofit executives.
